Saturday 25th June

The first night of the festival has usually showcased local talent, and we continue this policy by presenting the Dore Male Voice Choir, together with the all female four-piece saxophone ensemble Saxsational

Sunday 26th June

Festival Choral Evensong (NOTE: Starts 6.30 pm)

Monday 27th June

We look forward to the return of the Wihan String Quartet from Prague, who gave such a fabulous performance at the 2009 festival

Tuesday 28th June

This evening sees a return visit of festival regulars, the Meirion Ensemble, including musicians from the Halle Orchestra

Wednesday 29th June

Julian Lloyd Webber, the festival’s president, celebrates his 60th birthday this year, and we are delighted that his birthday plans include an appearance at the festival with Pam Chowhan (Piano)

Thursday 30th June

“Viva la Diva” – An evening with Elizabeth Watts (Soprano) and Paul Turner (accompanist). Elizabeth – one of the brightest new talents in a generation- makes a welcome return to her “second home city”, where she attended Sheffield University

Friday 1st July

The The Brass Players, the popular, Yorkshire-based brass ensemble are another welcome returnee to Bradfield. They will be sharing the evening with dynamic vocal ensemble, the Blossom Street Singers
